Airimba Wireless appoints new CEO Jim Szyperski selected to run new Airimba

Dallas, TX,  November 1, 2006 - Airimba Wireless announced today that the Board of Directors had appointed Jim Szyperski as Chief Executive Officer of the newly merged Airimba Wireless and WindChannel Communications Company. The new company will operate under the WindChannel Communications name. Mr. Szyperski formerly served as CEO of multiple technology companies including ActiveGroup, WebTone Technologies and Intellivoice Communications.

According to Wayne Hunter, Board Member and Managing Director of Harbert Management Corporations Venture Capital Group, “Jim is an energetic and experienced executive who has successfully guided multiple technology companies. He has a larger vision for the company and will work closely with our Board of Directors and our management team to execute towards that vision. I have worked with Jim before and we are delighted to have him on-board.”
